Built in 1482 as a privately owned house and workshops, Haunted is situated on one of York’s oldest streets, Stonegate and is within a two-minute walk from the famous York Minster.

Haunted is a striking medieval building with a warren of rooms varying in size, style and use.  Walks through its corridors are a journey through time from 1400s to Georgian to late Victorian. With over a thousand years of history on its site, it’s no surprise that it is renowned for being haunted.

Haunted is the ideal location for ghost themed events ranging from suppers to overnight ghost hunts, that are available for public and private bookings.  It is hard not to be amazed at this incredible building.
