Is this London’s most haunted location? The Ragged School Museum, a Grade II listed building once occupied by Dr Barnardo and is now a premier educational charity and museum. Over the last seventeen years there have been reports from visitors and staff alike, ranging from feeling apprehensive in parts of the building to the sounds of phantom footsteps.
