Burwell House

Nestled in the quiet village of Burwell, Cambridgeshire is the impressive Burwell House, built as a family residence in 1787 by Salisbury Dunn, a local land owner. This fabulous old house has had a rich and varied past and holds many secrets. It has never before been investigated and we are very lucky to have been granted access for an overnight ghost hunt, in the hope that we can discover more about the ghost nicknamed ‘Charlotte’, who is said to wander the building and likes to play tricks on people. Perhaps you may encounter her ghostly figure, or will you hear the strange animal like howling from down in the cellar which seems to come from the underground tunnels which are now blocked off… Is something trying to escape?
