Ghost Hunts

COVID 19 Directive As you are aware, all events were cancelled back in March 2020 due to Covid 19, and again in December 2020, we were lucky to run a few events in 2021 but we have been working hard to get as many events rescheduled into 2022 as possible. If you had tickets booked for any of the Covid cancelled events, they were placed in a holding account which has now had the expiry date extended to the end of 2022.  Please visit our website to choose your new event, email us with details of the cancelled event and the event you wish to attend and your tickets will be transferred.  In some cases we may not have a new date yet as some venues are being extra cautious and we do not know at this time when they will start taking bookings again.   All held bookings are still secured until we can get back to some sort of normality, and we will give you time to either move to the new date for your chosen venue or to change to a different venue altogether as detailed above.   Please note that we are following official guidelines and if either the venue decides to close, or an area is placed back in quarantine, then we may still have to move the event more than once at very short notice. If your event is still going ahead as scheduled, then you will receive Joining Instructions a day or so ahead of the event, telling you where to go, park, times, emergency contact details etc. and what to bring with you. These may arrive as late as the day of the event!  If you do not receive these, then your event will have been cancelled.  We will contact all guests beforehand as your booking is moved to a holding account, but as per our terms and conditions, occasionally this may not be possible and for this we apologise in advance. Your safety is our prime concern! It will depend on official guidelines and the request of the venue whether masks be worn, especially if social distancing is difficult, but you must stay in your own groups or bubbles as advised. Hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes will be provided for extra protection and all equipment will be wiped down before and after use. Most importantly, we will not allow Covid 19 to affect your enjoyment of the event at any point, in any way.  So let's all have a great time!
